Professor Panao shares his experiences in Taiwan

By chance, Alicor L. Panao came to Taiwan and developed different ideas about the positioning of the country and the international situation. In addition, he was exposed to Taiwan's educational resources, political activities, sports and festivals, and saw how "non-speechism" has influenced Taiwanese students from a young age. This video will lead us to reflect on the way we have shaped our own national identity and education.

Rogelio Alicor L. Panao is an assistant professor in the Department of Political Science at Diliman University in the Philippines. He completed his B.A. in Political Science and his M.A. in Industrial Relations at Diliman University. He later received a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Political Science from the International Christian University in Tokyo, Japan. His research interests include legislative politics, Philippine executive-legislative relations, labor economics, and political economy.
